Fahad helps small businesses turn AI into practical tools for better customer service, faster follow-ups and more efficient operations.
His background spans engineering, geospatial technology and software development, including a software engineering internship at Adobe. He currently also works as a Geospatial Solutions Engineer at California Surveying & Drafting Supply (CSDS).
He starts with the work owners do every day, finds where AI can genuinely save time and improve consistency, then builds the workflow around it. He also leads approachable AI workshops so teams leave with something they can actually use.
The constant across all of it: clear processes, honest limits and human oversight on anything consequential.
