Templates you can use today.

A small, practical starter library. Copy or download anything here — we do not ask for your email in exchange.

Templates

Three templates, complete and reusable.

Workflow Brief

Capture one process — trigger, inputs, owner, steps, exceptions, review point and success measure — before any tooling decision.

Use before you choose software, at the start of any automation conversation.

No email required. The file is created in your browser.

SOP Outline

A standard operating procedure structure your team will actually follow, with roles, quality checks, escalation and a change log.

Use when knowledge lives in someone's head and needs to be written down.

No email required. The file is created in your browser.

AI Pilot Review Checklist

Decide whether a pilot should continue, change or stop, using baseline, quality, time, human control, adoption, data and cost.

Use at the review date you agreed when the pilot started.

Guide

Map one workflow before adding AI.

Before choosing any tool, write down how the work happens today. This is the short version of what we do in a first session.

  1. 01

Pick a recurring problem worth solving

Choose a process that happens often, takes real time and causes rework. Frequent, costly work gives you the clearest payback.

  2. 02

Write the steps that actually happen

Not the official process. Walk it with the person who does it and record the shortcuts they take.

  3. 03

    Mark the decision points

Anywhere judgement is applied, note what the person looks at. That is what any tool must put in front of them.

  4. 04

    Record a baseline

Volume, handling time and rework today. Without it, you can never tell whether the change helped.

  5. 05

    Name the owner

One person accountable for the outcome. Shared ownership is the quietest way for a pilot to die.

  6. 06

    Choose the smallest useful test

One step, one team, one review date. Decide in advance what would make you stop.

The Workflow Brief above is the worksheet for exactly this.
