Old Oak Labs

What we build

Turn everyday processes into connected workflows.

Old Oak Labs builds AI workflows, documentation and internal tools for teams across industries, then hands them over inside your own systems, so everyday work moves faster with less manual handling.

Overview

Six places this usually starts.

Pick the one that matches the work that keeps getting stuck. Each opens further down this page.

Capability

Workflow automation

Close the gaps between a request arriving and the right person acting on it, with the system of record kept up to date along the way.

What we start from

Incoming requests, forms, email, spreadsheets and the systems that already hold your records.

What you get

A connected workflow that captures context, fills the fields that matter and moves work to the next responsible step.

Where people stay in control

Exceptions and consequential actions stop with a named person before anything is sent or committed.

Capability

Process documentation and SOPs

Most teams run on knowledge that only lives in a few heads. We write it down in a form people actually use.

What we start from

Working sessions with the people doing the work, plus existing notes, threads and half-finished documents.

What you get

Standard procedures with purpose, trigger, inputs, owner, steps, exceptions and a review date — in your own tools.

Where people stay in control

An owner signs off each procedure and keeps a scheduled review, so documentation does not silently rot.

Capability

Team knowledge

Give your team dependable answers drawn from approved material instead of a search through old threads.

What we start from

A defined set of approved documents, policies and previous answers that you agree can be used.

What you get

A drafted answer with the source passages attached, plus an explicit gap list when the material does not cover the question.

Where people stay in control

Answers to customers or regulators stay with a person; the workflow prepares, it does not publish.

Capability

Onboarding and training

Turn documented process into a first-30-days path, and run approachable workshops so the team is comfortable using it.

What we start from

Your role definitions, the procedures above and the systems a new joiner needs on day one.

What you get

A role-based onboarding plan, practice tasks, and live workshops for the people who will run the work.

Where people stay in control

A manager confirms each checkpoint; nothing about competence is inferred automatically.

Capability

Practical AI adoption

Decide where AI genuinely helps, where it should stay out, and how you will know whether a pilot worked.

What we start from

A shortlist of candidate processes, the constraints you operate under and who is accountable for each one.

What you get

A ranked shortlist, a scoped pilot with a baseline, and a written decision on data, access and human approvals.

Where people stay in control

Continue, change or stop is a decision you make against the baseline, not a conclusion we hand you.

Integrations

What runs here today, and what we build for you.

Connect the tools your team already uses, with clear ownership and review points.

Live on this website

  • HubSpot CRM intake

A submitted inquiry is saved as a contact and an associated note. A person reads it and replies; no automatic email is sent.

  • Zoom appointment booking

The scheduler on our contact page books a 15-minute call. Sending an inquiry does not book one.

Built per engagement

Integrations outside this website are scoped, agreed and built for your environment. Common ones include CRM and helpdesk systems, shared document storage, scheduling, spreadsheets and internal databases.

OpenAI and Codex are implementation capabilities we work with when a workflow calls for them, always with a named person reviewing the output that matters.

Accepted into the OpenAI Partner Network. Onboarding in progress.
