What's included

Discovery conversation: 60–90 minutes with the people who actually run the process.
One process map: A single written map of how the chosen process runs today, end to end.
Assumptions and baseline: The numbers we are working from, stated plainly, including how they were arrived at and how confident they are.
Risk review: Where automation could go wrong in this process: confidentiality, accuracy, accountability, and what would need a control.
Fixed-scope implementation recommendation: What we would build, what we would not, and why — enough detail to take to whoever approves spend.

If you are not sure the diagnostic is the right thing, we can have a short introductory conversation at no cost and with no obligation. If there is nothing useful here for you, it is better that we both find that out early.

The diagnostic creates a focused starting point. Any implementation scope and expected outcomes are agreed separately around the specific workflow.
