What this site does with your information
Last updated 14 September 2026. This describes the site as it is built today; it will be updated if the site changes.
The demo and estimator run in your browser
The workflow demo and the capacity estimator are ordinary page code running on your own device. The examples are built into the page and the rules are fixed. Nothing you type or adjust is sent to Old Oak Labs, to any AI service, or to any other server, and the values are not written to browser storage — they are lost when you leave or reload the page.
The "Email it instead" and "Copy inquiry" options
Alongside the inquiry form's send button there are two optional controls. They do not submit anything: one composes a message and hands it to your own email application, the other copies the same text to your clipboard. If you use either, Old Oak Labs receives nothing until you send the email yourself.
Booking a call
The contact page embeds HubSpot's external meeting widget. When you book a time, the details you enter — such as your name and email address — are entered into and processed by HubSpot and shared with Old Oak Labs so the appointment can be held. As a third-party service embedded on the page, the scheduler may use cookies and collect technical information under HubSpot's own terms and privacy practices. Old Oak Labs uses booking details only to arrange and hold the conversation you requested.
The inquiry form
If you send an inquiry from the contact page, the details you enter — your name, email address, optional company, the workflow category, your description and the time you gave consent — are sent to Old Oak Labs' own server and saved in HubSpot, the customer record system Old Oak Labs uses. A contact record is created if one does not already exist, and the inquiry is stored as a note on that record. It is used only to reply to you and to discuss possible work. You are not added to any marketing list. The form does not book an appointment. If saving is not available, the page tells you so rather than claiming your inquiry was received, and you can send it by email instead. If a save cannot be confirmed one way or the other, the page says exactly that and gives you a reference, instead of reporting success.
Email you send
Email sent to fahad@oldoaklabs.com is received and stored in Google Workspace (Gmail), which Old Oak Labs uses for business email. It is read by Fahad Mubiru. Correspondence is kept while it is relevant to a possible or actual engagement. You can ask for it to be deleted and it will be, except where a record must be retained to meet applicable legal, tax or accounting recordkeeping obligations.
Hosting and technical logs
This site is served by a hosting provider, and hosting providers typically record technical information about requests, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser user agent. That collection is performed by the host rather than by anything added to this site, and Old Oak Labs does not have a separate analytics dashboard for it.
Trackers
No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to this site. The site uses fonts already installed on your device, so no font request is made to a third party. Two things are worth naming accurately: the pages are rendered by a small server process at the hosting provider rather than served as plain files, and the development preview of this site includes error reporting supplied by the tool it was built with, which can send details of a page error to that tool. Third-party components such as hosting may set or use cookies outside our control, so no absolute claim is made that the site is cookie-free.
Requests about your information
If you would like to know what correspondence is held, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email fahad@oldoaklabs.com and it will be handled by the founder directly.
